This onsite role in Annapolis, MD supports housekeeping operations at the Annapolis Waterfront Hotel, Autograph Collection. You will coordinate uniforms, alterations, staffing coverage, and ensure rooms are stocked and maintained to HHM and brand cleanliness standards. The position sits in a harbor-side setting with updated guestrooms and thoughtful amenities, and you will be part of the HHM Hotels family within the Echelon Luxury & Lifestyle division.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate uniforms, alterations, or tailoring needs.
- Answer guest calls and requests over the phone and execute the requested actions.
- Assist in coordinating staffing tasks when managers are unavailable.
- Perform minor alterations and operate commercial sewing equipment with professional results.
- Sort, count, and pre-treat soiled linen in preparation for laundering.
- Load and unload washing machines and dryers.
- Maintain equipment in accordance with training.
- Fold, store and distribute towels and linens.
- Follow safe work practices and wear required protective gear.
- Keep the work area clean and organized.
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and contribute to higher departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
Requirements
- High School diploma preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
- Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.
