Role Overview
This position is part of the Table Games department at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa and focuses on delivering excellent guest-facing service while supporting table operations. The role also includes responsibilities tied to the physical and operational demands of working in a casino setting.
Responsibilities
- While performing job duties, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell.
- The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities are required, including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- The casino environment is hectic, fast-paced, often crowded, and noisy.
- May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors, including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and constant exposure to the general public.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Five years of experience with table games required.
- Two years in a Dual-Rated management level capacity or above is preferred.
- Must be knowledgeable in all primary casino games and most secondary games.
