The PM Housekeeping Lobby Attendant supports the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel lobby and other public spaces at The Higgins Hotel & Conference Center, Curio Collection by Hilton. This onsite role focuses on maintaining a neat, well-supplied environment while being available to assist guests during lobby service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness in the lobby area, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing.
- Clean toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and countertops in both public and employee restrooms.
- Handle sweeping, vacuuming, and refuse disposal as needed.
- Replenish supplies when inventory needs are identified.
- Perform other assigned duties, including cross training, as directed by the supervisor.
- Attend all mandatory meetings.
Lobby Standards and Guest-Facing Support
Ensure the lobby remains clean and visually appealing by keeping public areas neat, vacuumed, and dusted. Maintain marked-free surfaces and fixtures, including mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators, and doors, and remove trash from lobby areas. Restock supplies and support guest requests and inquiries while present in the lobby.
