Lead the stewarding team to keep the kitchen and dish room operating smoothly and maintain strict control of food and beverage service items.

Supervise stewarding staff and oversee set up and breakdown station operations
Maintain tight control of china, glassware, and silver between all food and beverage departments
Sort, ensure proper cleaning, and return items to storage
Maintain a sanitary kitchen and a clean dish room
Assist with training new stewarding team members
Supervise and/or conduct inventory of glassware and stewarding supplies
Perform tasks in the capacity of any position supervised, as needed
Demonstrate leadership behaviors that encourage employees to meet and exceed standards
Attend all mandatory meetings
Complete other duties as assigned by the manager

Previous experience as a Steward Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role preferred
Bilingual in Spanish and English is mandatory
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
