Join Classen Curve Hotel in Oklahoma City as a part-time Night Audit / Front Desk Associate (onsite). This guest-facing role is built around hospitality at every touchpoint, helping travelers feel welcomed from check-in to check-out while supporting smooth, accurate daily operations. You will also perform basic nightly accounting closing procedures to prepare the property for the next day’s arrivals and scheduled departures.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm, ensuring an excellent first and last impression.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs, including assigning rooms and issuing room keys.
- Share details on hotel amenities and services, plus local attractions and Oklahoma City experiences.
- Anticipate needs and provide personalized recommendations, directions, and information about amenities, Milo, and nearby attractions.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and concerns, and resolve issues in a courteous, service-oriented manner.
- Maintain strong working knowledge of room types, hotel services, Marriott Bonvoy benefits, promotions, dining outlets, and current events.
- Promote hotel amenities through informed upselling and thoughtful recommendations.
- Accurately post charges, process payments, and reconcile guest accounts as needed.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, brand standards, and safety protocols.
- Maintain a neat, professional appearance and support teamwork through respectful communication with guests and associates.
- Complete required training and assigned tasks promptly, plus other duties as assigned.
Position & Shift Focus
This guest service associate role reports to the Front Desk Manager and is classified as Non-Exempt.
The Night Audit shift supports more than front desk coverage. You will help ensure guests feel valued through warm hospitality, genuine engagement, and personalized service, while completing basic daily accounting closing procedures for each business day.
You’ll also ensure the hotel is prepared for next-day arrivals and scheduled departures.

Physical Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Must be able to occasionally bend, reach, stoop, and lift or carry up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to perform repetitive motions such as typing and key generation.
