Housekeeping Houseperson

Support a clean, welcoming hotel environment and help guests feel comfortable from the moment they enter. At the Renaissance Allentown Hotel in Allentown, PA (onsite), this Housekeeping Houseperson role strengthens the Housekeeping Department by keeping public spaces fresh and organized, assisting the team as needed, and helping maintain consistent hotel cleanliness standards.

What you’ll do

• Maintain cleanliness in hotel hallways, stairwells, elevators, and other public areas.
• Clean and maintain lobby areas, public restrooms, and common spaces.
• Assist room attendants by delivering clean linens, towels, and guest supplies.
• Collect and remove soiled linens and trash from guest floors.
• Stock and organize housekeeping closets and supply areas to keep operations running smoothly.
• Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust, and complete general cleaning duties.
• Deliver rollaway beds, cribs, and other guest-requested items.
• Assist with moving furniture and equipment as needed.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to management.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and support the housekeeping team as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
