House Person

Support the cleanliness and presentation of luxury hospitality spaces as a House Person for AKA Hotels+Hotel Residences in Philadelphia, PA 19103 (onsite). This role contributes to housekeeping standards across guest and common areas, with additional support for front desk requests related to residents and shared spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean carpets and upholstered furniture using a vacuum cleaner and shampoo machine.
• Clean hallways, the lobby, and restrooms to maintain a polished guest experience.
• Dust and polish metalwork throughout assigned areas.
• Collect soiled linen from housekeeping and strip soiled linen from beds.
• Remove trash gathered by room attendants and support ongoing waste management needs.
• Assist with keeping the lobby area clean, neat, and free of debris as needed.
• Stock supplies and help maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Assist with front desk requests for residents and common areas.

Required Experience

• 2-4 years of prior housekeeping experience with a luxury hospitality organization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated professional, friendly, warm, and welcoming demeanor to guests and colleagues.
