Public Area Attendant

Work with Kimpton Hotel Monaco Pttsbrg in Pittsburgh, PA (onsite) as a part time Public Area Attendant and help keep a boutique hotel running smoothly. You will maintain clean, safe public and back of house spaces while supporting housekeeping operations. Key responsibilities

• Maintain excellent guest and associate rapport by responding promptly, effectively, and courteously to all requests.
• Report all floor or carpet care needs and any required repairs to the Housekeeping manager or supervisor.
• Keep assigned public and back of house areas in clean condition.
• Maintain all equipment in a safe, clean condition.
• Support housekeeping associates with assigned work efforts as directed.
• Vacuum, dust, and pick up trash in all assigned areas.
• Clean and re-supply bathrooms, entrance glass, offices, the fitness area, and restaurants as needed.

• Detail-oriented approach to cleaning and maintenance.
• Ability to represent the hotel with a courteous and well-groomed appearance.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, lift, grasp, stretch, and push a cart on a regular basis.
