Public Space Attendant
Job Description
The Public Space Attendant at Riverview Plaza Hotel in Mobile, AL is responsible for maintaining a consistently clean and well-stocked environment across public areas, while supporting guest needs and flagging maintenance issues as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete thorough cleaning of public areas, including replacing all linen and towels, vacuuming, and dusting.
- Replenish guest supplies to ensure public spaces remain stocked and ready for use.
- Perform thorough bathroom cleaning as part of daily duties.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate clearly and easily when interacting with guests.
- Notify Housekeeping Management or the Engineering Department of any maintenance or repair needs observed during work.
- Carry out tasks that require bending and lifting as part of the role.
