$12 - $16/hr Full time Manager Administrative Support Customer Service

Lead housekeeping quality on assigned shifts at St. James Hotel in Red Wing, MN, ensuring rooms are clean, maintained, and guest-ready.

Supervise and inspect housekeeping work to confirm it meets specifications and established standards
Inspect and evaluate the condition of hotel facilities to determine appropriate work needs
Assign tasks to staff, including reviewing special requests and shift priorities to support efficient room turnover
Handle guest requests, concerns, and problems by investigating and taking corrective action to protect guest satisfaction
Coordinate with other departments to deliver services efficiently and on time
Perform or assist with Rooms Division cleaning and other duties as needed
Maintain knowledge of hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to answer guest questions accurately

2 years of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read and interpret documents including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to maintain sanitation procedures and keep work areas organized while following all OSHA and local health department regulations
Must be able to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and special events, as needed
Collaborate effectively and communicate with team members across all levels of the organization
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Basic office skills; experience using a personal computer, Microsoft Office, and general office equipment
