Housekeeping House Attendant

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness in the lobby, hallways, public areas, and outdoor spaces including the sidewalk, brass awning poles, signage, entrance, and alley.
• Clean and set up meeting room functions according to the function sheets.
• Complete deep cleaning as assigned, including shampooing rooms and public spaces.
• Set up and support complimentary hotel lobby functions such as morning coffee service and nightly concierge events.
• Deliver housekeeping items (for example: hair dryers, ironing boards, irons) to guest rooms upon request from the front desk.
• At the start of each shift, retrieve assignments, keys, pager, and special guest requests from your supervisor.
• Check and replenish supplies and cleaning tools as needed.
• Respond quickly to guest requests with a friendly approach.
• Return lost items to the Housekeeping Department with proper documentation.
• May be required to take on additional responsibilities outside of this job post at times.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (preferred).
• 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Passion for customer service and good verbal communication.
• Basic writing skills.
• Flexible schedule; able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
