Housekeepers

The Clarion Hotel in Minot, ND is seeking reliable, detail-oriented housekeeping staff to help keep guest rooms and public areas clean, hygienic, and consistently well presented. This onsite role supports day-to-day room standards as well as deeper cleaning priorities, along with reporting maintenance issues when they come up.

Key Responsibilities

• Strip and make beds, including crisp, wrinkle-free sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers.
• Disinfect high-touch points such as doorknobs, light switches, TV remotes, and thermostats.
• Scrub and disinfect sinks, bathtubs, showers, and toilets, and polish mirrors to a streak-free finish.
• Dust furniture including dressers and nightstands, wipe down windows and ledges, and vacuum or mop floors.
• Restock toiletries, towels, drinking glasses, notepads, and minibar items.
• Empty garbage and recycling bins and replace liners as needed.
• Vacuum carpets, polish glass doors, and dust decorative elements in high-traffic areas.
• Check, clean, sanitize, and restock consumables in communal restrooms throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in facility spaces such as fitness centers, pools, and business centers.
• Assist with setting up or tearing down furniture and removing trash after conferences or banquets.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning chemicals, toiletries, paper products, and linens, and alert supervisors when reordering is necessary.
• Restock, organize, and maintain housekeeping carts and floor closets at the start and end of each shift.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron hotel linens, towels, and staff uniforms.
• Handle personal valet laundry and dry-cleaning services in line with hotel policies.
