What you’ll do

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to brand standards and productivity goals.
• Complete full room cleaning tasks, including bed service, bathroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
• Inspect completed rooms for quality and promptly report any maintenance concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked linen cart and workspace.
• Update room status and complete required reports accurately and on time.
• Follow key control procedures, safety practices, and lost-and-found protocols.
• Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.

What you bring

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and also collaborate as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
• Reliable, organized, and safety-focused approach to work.
• Basic communication and guest service skills.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
