Housekeeper

Join The Billings Hotel and Convention Center in a hands-on housekeeping role based onsite in Billings, MT. Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness by performing thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, or residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Support safe, well-kept floors through sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing as needed
• Restock essential supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to keep spaces ready
• Complete laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to help ensure compliance with health standards
• Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management for quick resolution
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and friendliness when interacting with guests or residents

Requirements

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality environments such as hotels or residential facilities
• Knowledge of floor care techniques, including sweeping, mopping, waxing, and polishing
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and cleaning agents
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous experience in housekeeping management is a plus, though not required
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and reaching
