Housekeeper

The Burgundy Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is seeking a Housekeeper to support a clean, welcoming environment for guests in Little Rock, AR. This full-time onsite role focuses on maintaining assigned guest units and common areas, while assisting with day-to-day housekeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of assigned guest units and common areas.
• Clean assigned guest rooms according to Company standards to support a consistently high level of cleanliness.
• Ensure public areas remain clean.
• Work efficiently while maintaining a friendly atmosphere that supports guest service and satisfaction.
• Stock and maintain Housekeeping carts and storage rooms.
• Report maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Manager immediately.
• Tag lost and found items properly and turn them in to management.
• Provide guest assistance when needed whenever possible.
• Clean designated areas including the break room, guest laundry, vending, and other assigned spaces.
• Comply with all safety and security policies in accordance with Company standards.
• Participate in cross-training as needed as a Laundry Attendant to provide assistance.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the General Manager.
