Housekeeping Attendant

TownePlace Suites Marriot Hotel in Weatherford, TX is hiring a part-time Housekeeping Attendant to support guest room cleanliness and a smooth stay experience. This is an onsite role in a fast-paced environment where the work is physical, details matter, and room readiness is measured against clear productivity benchmarks.

In this position, you will help ensure rooms and common areas meet company standards, staying inspection-ready through consistent cleaning, stocking, and attention to safety. If you work with high energy and can keep pace without losing quality, this role may fit well.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and service guest rooms, including bathrooms, as well as common areas, following company standards.
• Ensure each room is fully stocked, sanitized, and inspection-ready.
• Maintain a steady pace and high energy throughout your shift while completing room duties.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
• Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and established cleaning procedures.
• Use cleaning supplies responsibly to help control costs and reduce waste.
• Conserve energy and water when possible, including turning off lights and limiting unnecessary water use.
• Maintain a professional attitude and contribute to a positive team environment.

Productivity Benchmarks

• Meet room turnaround expectations, including:
  • Under 30 minutes for check-out rooms
  • Under 20 minutes for stayover rooms

What We’re Looking For

• High school or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• A high-energy, detail-oriented approach with strong time management skills.
• Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and pushing carts.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep up with productivity standards without sacrificing quality.
• Team-oriented mindset, dependable attendance, and a strong work ethic.
• Comfort working as part of a team and maintaining a consistent pace while bringing positive energy.
• Understanding that each room reflects the standards of Dursh Hospitality Management.

Compensation & Schedule

• Part time
• Hourly rate: USD 13 - 15
• Location: Weatherford, TX (onsite)
