Housekeeping Attendant / Housekeeper

My Place Extended Stay Hotel in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant / Housekeeper to support daily cleaning and facility readiness across all guest areas. This onsite role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, supporting guest needs, keeping equipment in working order, and following health and safety expectations to enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all areas to the required cleanliness standard within assigned time limits
• Provide excellent customer service during day-to-day interactions
• Create daily job lists and record all serviced rooms
• Maintain housekeeping equipment in good condition
• Report shortages, damages, and any security-related issues
• Handle reasonable guest complaints and requests, and notify other team members when required
• Check stocking levels of all consumables
• Comply with health and safety regulations and act in line with company policies and licensing laws
• Maintain strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and grow in the role
• Follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
