What you’ll do

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you help protect guest satisfaction by keeping rooms and public areas clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented. Your day-to-day work includes thorough cleaning, careful restocking, and room inspections, all while following established safety and security policies.

• Maintain a high level of positive, professional interaction with team members and guests.
• Follow all safety and health regulations, including Personal Protective Equipment protocols.
• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms and bathrooms after checkout, covering bedrooms, balconies, and furnishings from top to bottom.
• Sanitize high-touch surfaces such as light switches, remotes, door handles, thermostats, phones, and controls.
• Clean, restock, and organize guest rooms according to established standards, replacing linens, towels, amenities, and supplies per service guidelines.
• Inspect rooms for maintenance issues and report concerns promptly.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues in a professional, timely manner.
• Maintain knowledge of cleaning chemicals and materials and explain their purpose to guests when asked.
• Keep assigned carts, storage rooms, and equipment clean and organized.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and professional appearance in line with uniform and grooming standards.
• Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary, client, and guest information.

What you bring

• Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to stay calm, courteous, and guest-focused at all times.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work on feet for eight (8) hours or more and frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50+ pounds.
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
