Housekeeping Attendant

In this on-site role in Huber Heights, OH, you will support daily hotel cleanliness by servicing guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces while assisting with housekeeping operations as needed. This position focuses on maintaining brand and company standards, reporting issues promptly, and ensuring a consistently welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional personal appearance at all times, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag as prescribed by the hotel.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering the best possible experience for guests.
• Clean assigned guest rooms in accordance with company and brand standards to maintain a high level of cleanliness, and ensure that public areas are kept clean.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and storage rooms.
• Report maintenance issues immediately to the Housekeeping Supervisor, Maintenance, or Front Desk.
• Report missing, damaged, or broken hotel property immediately to a supervisor or the Front Desk upon discovery.
• Properly tag lost and found items and turn them in to management.
• Provide guest assistance when needed whenever possible.
• Greet guests when in visible contact and maintain a friendly attitude with a smile under all circumstances.
• Clean designated areas as assigned, including the break room, guest laundry, vending areas, and other locations.
• Follow all safety and security policies in alignment with company standards.
• Support cross-training as a Laundry Attendant/Houseman to provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain integrity and a strong moral work ethic.
• If guest belongings are found after check-out, deliver them to Front Desk or Management for lost and found processing.
• Work as part of a team and maintain a can-do attitude.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by a supervisor or hotel manager as necessary.

Compensation

$14 per hour (USD)
