Room Attendant

This Room Attendant role at TownePlace Suites Marriott Hotel in Houston, TX is available as part time or full time. The position supports a spotless, comfortable stay by cleaning guest rooms and maintaining cleanliness across common areas.

Role Overview

As a Room Attendant, you will ensure assigned areas are cleaned and serviced in line with hotel standards. Duties include preparing rooms for guest occupancy, replenishing supplies, and helping uphold the cleanliness and sanitation expectations of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, including bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards
• Replace linens, restock amenities, and report any maintenance issues
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures at all times
• Work efficiently to meet daily room and quality goals
• Deliver friendly, professional service to guests and coworkers

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, with hotel experience as a plus
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for long periods
• Availability to work any day of the week, including weekends and holidays

Compensation

Pay: $12.50 to $13.00 per hour (USD 12 to 13 hourly).

Experience
