At Hotel Terra & Teton Mountain Lodge, a Noble House Hotel, the Front Desk Supervisor leads the front desk team to deliver seamless arrivals, departures, and guest service experiences at an on-site setting in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. This role also oversees scheduling and administrative tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities
- Lead the front desk team in delivering the ultimate arrival, departure, and guest service experience while working hands-on with colleagues.
- Greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and assist valet during peak periods.
- Support scheduling and administrative tasks as needed to maintain efficient operations.
Requirements
- Experience in a similarly sized property (132 rooms) and demonstrated leadership of a team of about 8; full-service hotel experience with upscale independent hotel background preferred.
- Strong ability to hire, train, and coach staff to provide top-tier service to guests.
- Dependable, organized, and positive with a can-do mindset; the team should be able to rely on you when plans change.
- Take ownership of tasks and welcome feedback to foster ongoing growth.
