Room Attendant/Housekeeper

Join the team at Rebel Hotel Company in Lancaster, PA as a Room Attendant/Housekeeper on site. In this role, you help keep the hotel looking its best by maintaining clean, welcoming spaces for every guest, including guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.

What you’ll do

• Maintain clean and attractive guest rooms, hallways, and public areas throughout the hotel
• Service guest rooms daily by following established hotel procedures
• Stock your cart with room supplies before and during room service
• Replace bed linens as part of standard room servicing
• Replenish guest room supplies while adhering to company standards and safety/security procedures
• Perform deep cleaning activities in guest rooms as part of preventative maintenance tasks

Each day, you play a direct role in creating a comfortable, well-kept environment. By servicing rooms in line with hotel procedures, replacing linens, and keeping supplies fully stocked, you contribute to a consistent, quality stay for guests.

You’ll also handle deeper cleaning and preventative maintenance tasks when needed, helping ensure rooms remain clean, fresh, and ready for the next arrival.
