Room Attendant

Inland Empire Hotel Management LLC is hiring a Room Attendant to keep guest rooms clean, stocked, and operating to high standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete a range of room cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, making beds, and replacing towels
• Inspect rooms carefully to confirm they meet the hotel’s quality expectations
• Identify and report any room damages
• Handle guest requests and respond to complaints professionally, with patience
• Maintain supply levels for rooms, including restocking as needed for adequate inventory of consumables and supplies
• Follow all health and safety rules and regulations

Requirements

• Previous experience as a housekeeper, cleaner, or room attendant preferred
• Ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining consistent performance
• Friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality standards
• Physical ability to be on your feet all day with light lifting
