Job Description

At the BridgePointe Hotel and Marina in New Bern, NC, this part-time Night Auditor role supports the property’s overnight front office and end-of-day close. You will help ensure daily financials are accurate, assist guests with day-to-night needs, and maintain organized records to keep operations running smoothly.

Working onsite, you will handle night audit and front desk tasks while representing BridgePointe’s service expectations during every interaction with guests and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Reconcile all financial transactions for the day, reviewing and catching any errors and correcting them at the end of the business day.
Assist guests efficiently and courteously with front office functions.
Make reservations, check guests in and out, and maintain accurate records throughout the night audit process.
Maintain professional hospitality and reflect BridgePointe’s high service standards at all times.

Requirements

Self-motivated approach with strong attention to detail.
Front Desk and/or Night Audit experience is preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.
