Room Attendant

As a Room Attendant at Aloft Hotel Miami Aventura in Miami, FL, you will support the Housekeeping Department through daily, on-the-ground execution. This onsite role focuses on keeping guest rooms and shared spaces clean, well-stocked, and ready for arrival, while maintaining a customer service mindset throughout each shift.

What you’ll do

• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas in line with established standards and procedures.
• Prepare and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards prior to guest arrival.
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel.
• Carry out laundry duties as necessary to support housekeeping operations.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms to ensure supplies are available.
• Provide a consistently high level of customer service at all times.
• Assist guests with requests and questions as needed during your shift.
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management.
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager.
