Houskeeper

Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in Bartlesville, OK is hiring a Houskeeper onsite to support cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and facility readiness.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy all areas to required cleanliness standards within established time limits
• Provide excellent customer service throughout daily tasks
• Support a kind, enjoyable work environment
• Maintain cleaning and related equipment in good working condition
• Report shortages, damages, and any security issues
• Handle reasonable guest complaints and requests, and notify others when escalation is required
• Check stocking levels for all consumables and restock as needed

Requirements

• Proven working experience in a relevant housekeeping or related role
• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
• Customer service orientation and willingness to support guest needs
• Strong prioritization and time management skills
• Professional conduct, with speed plus attention to detail

Schedule and Employment Type

• Full-time and part-time job types available

Pay

• $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
• Pay is negotiable based on experience
