Job Description
Work onsite at Renaissance Columbus Downtown Hotel in Columbus, OH as a Guest Room Attendant focused on clean rooms, fast responses, and brand-standard service.
Responsibilities
- Clean guest rooms to ensure a consistently high standard
- Respond to guest requests as part of the hotel’s efforts to deliver outstanding guest service and support financial profitability
- Complete assigned tasks with a focus on quality and brand standards to help create a memorable guest experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar hotel position is a plus
- Strong attention to detail
- Respect for the importance of impeccably clean guest rooms and stocked supplies
- Comfort with physical work
- Demonstrated organization and time management skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of different days and weekends
