Room Attendant

The Room Attendant position at Nobu Hotel Miami Beach is an onsite role focused on delivering clean, comfortable guest rooms. The goal is to maintain cleanliness and room readiness while following health and safety protocols and supporting a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards, with emphasis on impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Make beds, change linens, and ensure each room’s overall presentation is inviting.
• Replenish amenities, towels, and other supplies as needed to maintain stock and readiness.
• Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces throughout assigned rooms.
• Vacuum and clean carpets and floors to support a fresh and well-kept appearance.
• Report maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department for timely resolution.
• Follow established health and safety protocols while completing assigned tasks.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor when interacting with guests.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
