Job Description

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly on arrival, creating a positive first impression and a seamless check-in experience
Manage a multi-line phone system with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance to callers
Address guest requests, concerns, and inquiries promptly to maximize satisfaction
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently
Carry out night audit procedures, balance accounts, and prepare daily close reports
Maintain strong guest relations through personalized service and attentive communication
Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all interactions reflect the hotel's welcoming atmosphere
Assist with guest luggage; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
Guide guests around the property and to their rooms
Drive a company car for drop-off appointments
Deliver packages or needed items to guest rooms
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor
Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
Excellent communication abilities, including phone etiquette and multi-line handling
Previous hotel or resort experience preferred, especially in guest services or front desk roles
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment
