Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival, creating a positive first impression and a seamless check-in experience
• Manage a multi-line phone system with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance to callers
• Address guest requests, concerns, and inquiries promptly to maximize satisfaction
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs efficiently
• Carry out night audit procedures, balance accounts, and prepare daily close reports
• Maintain strong guest relations through personalized service and attentive communication
• Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all interactions reflect the hotel's welcoming atmosphere
• Assist with guest luggage; capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Guide guests around the property and to their rooms
• Drive a company car for drop-off appointments
• Deliver packages or needed items to guest rooms
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures
• Excellent communication abilities, including phone etiquette and multi-line handling
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred, especially in guest services or front desk roles
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment
