The Bellman supports a smooth, welcoming arrival and departure experience for guests at Hotel Giraffe in New York, NY (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a professional, warm, and friendly approach upon arrival
• Assist with luggage for guest arrival and departure
• Escort guests to and from their rooms
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hotel entrance, lobby, and bell storage areas
• Help guests as needed with taxis and directions
• Handle guest belongings carefully while maintaining high professionalism
• Deliver warm hospitality by assisting with luggage and providing exceptional service throughout the stay

Requirements

• Willingness to work overnights, including days, evenings, and holidays
• Passion for guest service
• Ability to help guests feel at home
• Positive attitude

Compensation

• USD 19 - 20 per hourly
