Bellman

Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club is seeking a Bellman to support an attentive, guest-first arrival experience in Miami Beach. In this onsite role, you will handle key guest services throughout the lobby and on the floor, helping visitors feel welcomed from the moment they arrive.

As a Bellperson, you will assist with luggage, deliver messages and packages, coordinate transportation when requested, and help keep the lobby environment neat and organized. You will also provide helpful guidance on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival
• Assist guests with their luggage, ensuring prompt and efficient service
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain key features and facilities
• Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms
• Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests as requested
• Maintain a neat and organized lobby area
• Anticipate and fulfill guests’ needs to support a memorable stay

Requirements

• At least one year of prior Guest Services or Bell experience preferred
• Valid CDL license where applicable
• Familiarity with the local area and attractions
• Read, write, and speak English fluently
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
