At Seminole Brighton Bay Hotel & Casino, the EDR Attendant supports the Employee Dining Room by keeping day-to-day service areas clean, stocked, and well maintained. Reporting to the EDR Supervisor, this role focuses on upkeep of the dining space in line with the hotel & casino standards.
This onsite position is located in Okeechobee, FL and is a great fit for candidates with prior experience in similar work settings. A High School Diploma is preferred, and the role requires clear communication in English related to position duties and responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Mop, clean, stock, and assist with dishwashing tasks.
- Complete other assigned duties as directed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma preferred.
- One (1) year of similar work experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English with guests, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
Work Environment
- Frequent standing and walking on wet floors.
- Use of hands for fingering, handling, or feeling; reaching with hands and arms; talking or hearing; and tasting or smelling.
- Frequent lifting and/or moving of up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required, including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Casino setting is hectic, fast-paced, often crowded, and noisy.
- May be exposed to environmental factors such as second-hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant exposure to the general public.

Employment Process and Background Requirements
