Join the team at 1 Hotel Kauai, L.L.C. as a Casual Pool Concierge / Pool Attendant in Princeville, HI. This on-site role supports guests throughout their time poolside, helping create a smooth and welcoming experience while maintaining the pool area to a high standard.
Role Overview
In this casual position, you will assist guests while they relax by the pool. Core duties include towel delivery, beach chair setup, ongoing attention to the surrounding area, and on-shift support focused on guest loyalty and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with anything they need while lounging poolside
- Deliver towels to guests as required
- Set up a beach chair in an ideal location
- Maintain the surrounding pool area to an excellent standard
- Support guest loyalty and satisfaction during every second of the shift
Required Qualifications
- Passion for providing superior guest service
- Previous similar work experience
- Basic knowledge of recreation operations
- Team player
- Hard working
- Detail oriented
- Flexible and able to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
Compensation
$27.00 per hour
