Public Area Attendant

Hotel Bardo Savannah is hiring a detail-oriented, service-driven Public Area Attendant to support the Housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the hotel’s public spaces. This part-time, onsite role combines attentive upkeep with warm, professional guest assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas, including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other guest spaces
• Provide warm, professional interaction with guests and assist as needed
• Clean, maintain, and regularly inspect assigned areas throughout each shift
• Restock public area supplies and amenities to keep spaces guest-ready
• Identify and report maintenance issues or areas requiring additional attention
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other hotel teams to uphold Bardo’s standards of cleanliness and presentation

Requirements

• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience in an upscale hotel or hospitality environment is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining clean, polished spaces
• Warm, professional demeanor with a genuine commitment to guest service
• Ability to respond to guest requests professionally and efficiently
• Excellent presentation and grooming standards
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position throughout the workday
