Job Description

The Food & Beverage Lead/Supervisor is a hands-on management role responsible for guiding the F&B team, overseeing inventory, supporting daily operations, and ensuring adherence to EVEN Hotel brand standards. The role offers a flexible 30-40 hour schedule.

Responsibilities

Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and support F&B staff to sustain excellent service and a cohesive team culture.
Manage daily F&B operations to maintain smooth, efficient service flow.
Conduct weekly inventory, monitor stock levels, and place replenishment orders as needed.
Support a flexible shift pattern that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Cover shifts as required, including preparing and cooking menu items.
Drive sales through suggestive selling, strong menu knowledge, and maintaining a premium presentation of the F&B area.
Ensure consistent adherence to EVEN Hotel brand standards, with emphasis on wellness and service excellence.
Uphold cleanliness, enforce food safety protocols, and comply with all health and safety regulations.
Deliver outstanding guest service and address guest concerns promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality supervision is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Basic cooking experience and knowledge of food safety practices.
Flexible schedule and dependable attendance.
