Food & Beverage Lead

The Food & Beverage Lead/Supervisor is a hands-on management role responsible for guiding the F&B team, overseeing inventory, supporting daily operations, and ensuring adherence to EVEN Hotel brand standards. The role offers a flexible 30-40 hour schedule.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and support F&B staff to sustain excellent service and a cohesive team culture.
• Manage daily F&B operations to maintain smooth, efficient service flow.
• Conduct weekly inventory, monitor stock levels, and place replenishment orders as needed.
• Support a flexible shift pattern that includes mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Cover shifts as required, including preparing and cooking menu items.
• Drive sales through suggestive selling, strong menu knowledge, and maintaining a premium presentation of the F&B area.
• Ensure consistent adherence to EVEN Hotel brand standards, with emphasis on wellness and service excellence.
• Uphold cleanliness, enforce food safety protocols, and comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Deliver outstanding guest service and address guest concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality supervision is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic cooking experience and knowledge of food safety practices.
