Compensation

USD 24 - 24 per hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Attend weekly meetings and share relevant updates about upcoming events with Food and Beverage staff under supervision.
• Provide information to other departments and to clients or potential clients regarding Food and Beverage capabilities and programs.
• Address guest needs and respond to requests from guests and potential guests.
• Ensure implementation and ongoing maintenance of first-class standards for food, beverage, and service quality.
• Implement effective cost controls for food, beverage, and labor.
• Use established systems for inventory, receiving, and product utilization (product cost).
• Lead by following the productivity standards for Food and Beverage personnel.
• Create a comfortable work environment that supports employee commitment and loyalty.
• Assist with hiring and training programs for Food and Beverage personnel.
• Support other Food and Beverage outlets in whatever capacity is needed.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience working at a restaurant in a luxury hotel and/or full service resort.
• Knowledge of Micros.
• Ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Strong organization skills.
