Pool Attendant
Job Description
Join a team at 1 Hotel South Beach, L.L.C. on Miami Beach, FL (onsite) and help create a comfortable, welcoming poolside experience for every guest. This Pool Attendant role supports guests throughout their visit while keeping the surrounding pool area in excellent condition. Compensation is USD 16 per hour in a 24-hour operation environment.
What you’ll do
As a Pool Attendant, you’ll be present for guests during their downtime by the pool, assisting with the needs that come up while they are relaxing poolside. Your day-to-day focus includes keeping the environment polished and ensuring guests feel supported from arrival through the end of their shift.
- Assist guests with anything and everything they need while lounging poolside
- Deliver towels to guests as requested
- Set up a beach chair in the perfect spot
- Maintain the surrounding area to perfection
- Foster guest loyalty and satisfaction every second of the shift
