Male Spa Attendant

Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection is seeking a Male Spa Attendant to support a smooth, welcoming guest experience across the property’s spa facilities. This part time onsite role in Point Clear, AL focuses on maintaining a clean, organized environment while assisting guests and supporting spa team members throughout each shift.

Pay is USD 13 per hour, with responsibilities spanning guest support, spa readiness, and careful adherence to safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all spa areas, including locker rooms, showers, lounges, wet treatment rooms, and the pool area.
• Greet guests and escort them to locker areas, offering help with lockers and spa amenities to support a comfortable experience.
• Provide clear guidance on how to use spa facilities, including the sauna, hot tub, and pool, with a focus on guest comfort and safety.
• Restock and refresh spa essentials, including towels, robes, slippers, toiletries, and refreshments.
• Support therapists during treatments by preparing rooms, restocking supplies, and keeping treatment areas organized.
• Efficiently handle soiled linens and replace them with clean towels and robes in line with spa standards.
• Set up relaxation rooms and other spa spaces with needed items such as ice packs, fresh towels, and beverages.
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures to help maintain a secure environment for guests and staff.
