Onsite role in Minneapolis, MN assisting spa guests while keeping relaxation spaces clean, stocked, and ready.

Welcome spa guests and assist with arrival and departure to support positive guest experiences
Maintain cleanliness of the Spa Locker Rooms, Relaxation Area, and Hydrotherapy tub area
Ensure an adequate supply of clean towels, robes, and sheets
Stock the locker room with appropriate amenities, including towels and robes
Empty carts with soiled linen and dispose of trash
Clean corridor walls and doors, including removing spots
Keep glass doors and mirrors clean and presentable
Confirm guests receive spa items such as robes, towels, slippers, and other items that enhance the experience
Follow attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis
Complete additional job-related duties as assigned

Ability to lift, bend, stoop, walk, and push carts up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
Ability to stand and move throughout the spa and continuously perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Effective verbal and written communication skills
