Spa Attendant (Female)

Join a team at Battle House Hotel & Spa in Mobile, AL (onsite) and help create a calm, welcoming spa experience for every guest. This Spa Attendant role focuses on keeping facilities spotless, supporting smooth day-to-day operations, and providing attentive guidance throughout each visit.

What you’ll do

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness standards across the spa to support an inviting, well-presented environment.
• Welcome guests and greet and accompany them to the locker area, including assigning lockers and providing the amenities needed for a comfortable experience.
• Explain and reinforce proper usage of spa facilities to help ensure guest comfort and safety.
• Keep restrooms and showers clean and well-stocked, replacing used towels and bath mats promptly and wiping down showers after each use.
• Assist therapists during treatments as needed, supporting smooth service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Support spa readiness by managing inventory so guest supplies remain available in locker room and vanity areas.
• Monitor guest appointments, ensure guests are in the right areas at the scheduled times, and report any issues to supervisors promptly.
• Stock and serve beverages and fruits in lounge areas, offering refreshments to each guest.
• Handle laundry responsibilities, including disposing of soiled linens according to established systems, and folding and restocking towels according to standard operating procedures.
• Arrange spa areas like relaxation rooms with required items such as ice packs and towels to maintain a comfortable guest environment.
