Job Description

The Pool Concierge (Pool Attendant) at 1 Hotel Kauai, L.L.C. supports guests during pool time and helps keep the surrounding pool area in excellent condition. This onsite role in Princeville, HI supports a 24-hour operation and focuses on strong service, attention to detail, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Assist guests with poolside needs throughout their stay, including delivering towels and helping with lounge setup such as positioning a beach chair.
Maintain the surrounding pool area to a high standard at all times.
Support guest loyalty and satisfaction consistently throughout each shift.

Required Qualifications

Passion for providing superior guest service and prior similar work experience.
Basic working knowledge of recreation operations.
Ability to work effectively as a team member.
Strong work ethic and willingness to meet the expectations of the role.
Detail oriented approach to daily tasks and pool area upkeep.
Flexibility and willingness to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.

Pay
