PM Lobby Attendant

In this onsite role in Raleigh, NC, you will help maintain a clean, well-organized hotel lobby and public areas while supporting a safe, welcoming experience for guests and associates. You will also coordinate routine housekeeping-related tasks, assist with guest amenities, and support pool and spa upkeep in line with health and safety expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the lobby and public areas, including restrooms, the pool area, and the exercise room.
• Replenish supplies and remove trash as needed throughout guest and associate spaces.
• Provide support for laundry and assist with the delivery of guest amenities, including cribs and roll-away beds.
• Communicate suite status changes to the Front Desk and respond to guest requests in a courteous manner.
• Support pool and spa upkeep while complying with applicable health and safety regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and assist with lifting or moving supplies.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to guest service and adherence to safety standards.
