Pool Concierge

The Pool Concierge (Pool Attendant) at 1 Hotel Kauai, L.L.C. supports guests during pool time and helps keep the surrounding pool area in excellent condition. This onsite role in Princeville, HI supports a 24-hour operation and focuses on strong service, attention to detail, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist guests with poolside needs throughout their stay, including delivering towels and helping with lounge setup such as positioning a beach chair.
• Maintain the surrounding pool area to a high standard at all times.
• Support guest loyalty and satisfaction consistently throughout each shift.

Required Qualifications

• Passion for providing superior guest service and prior similar work experience.
• Basic working knowledge of recreation operations.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to meet the expectations of the role.
• Detail oriented approach to daily tasks and pool area upkeep.
• Flexibility and willingness to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
