Job Description

The Swiftwater Hotel is seeking a personable and professional Concierge Attendant to assist premium room guests with inquiries, reservations, excursions, and local recommendations. This role centers on delivering superior customer service and ensuring memorable guest experiences for those staying in the property’s upscale accommodations.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm, courteous greeting upon arrival.
Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local points of interest.
Keep the Concierge Lounge clean, organized, and inviting.
Restock and refresh lounge amenities as guests use them.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain a neat and orderly front desk area.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to maximize guest satisfaction.
Stay informed about current events and activities in the surrounding area.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within hospitality.
Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Ability to handle difficult situations with poise and professionalism.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
