Slot Attendant

Cliff Castle Casino Hotel in Camp Verde, AZ offers an onsite role with competitive pay of $9 per hour. As a Slot Attendant, you will help keep the gaming floor running smoothly by supporting accurate jackpot handling, efficient TITO redemptions, and guest-focused service, while following all casino and gaming regulations.

What you’ll do

• Monitor the assigned gaming area by verifying and paying jackpots and redeeming TITO tickets for guests.
• Handle hand pays, perform TITO redemptions, and make change for guests.
• Safeguard and balance the assigned bank impress.
• Assess slot machine issues and perform minor repairs and maintenance.
• Complete required tax forms accurately and on time.
• Support an organized gaming floor by monitoring all areas and assisting with keeping the space clean and clear of debris.
• Assist other departments with guest service, including serving non-alcoholic beverages.
• Ensure full compliance with gaming regulations and ordinances.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you bring

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of computers to complete assigned tasks using the Oasis Casino Management System and KAI Management System.
• Pass a basic math test and be able to convert credit values into monetary values.
• Must be 18+ years old and available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S., and ability to pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
• Adherence to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
• Commitment to exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional approach, including attentive, personalized service and prompt responses.
