Service the hotel pool, including adjusting chemicals, cleaning filters, completing maintenance request forms, and maintaining record logs.
Maintain the building exterior and support curb appeal through activities such as snow removal, lawn care, painting, and gardening.
Refurbish furniture and fixtures within guest rooms, such as cabinets, tables, chairs, doors, windows, and counters; paint and finish items when needed.
Respond courteously to guest questions, complaints, and requests to help ensure strong guest satisfaction.
Perform duties involving exposure to extreme temperatures and the operation of heavy machinery.

Qualifications

1+ years of experience (minimum).
Vocational schooling, military training, certification and/or experience in building related trades required in one or more areas: HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry.
