Responsibilities
- Support daily kitchen operations across a 24 hour cycle, maintaining consistent quality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to sustain a positive, productive work environment and smooth service flow.
- Show a genuine passion for food and an interest in local, seasonal ingredients, contributing to innovative culinary approaches.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail across assigned stations and tasks.
- Adapt to changing priorities and varying demand to meet the needs of a 24-hour operation.
- Comply with food safety and sanitation standards to ensure a safe kitchen environment.
- Operate onsite in Austin, TX as part of the hotel’s culinary team.
