This listing is for the Housekeeper role at Mineral Palace Hotel & Gaming in Deadwood, SD, onsite, with a pay rate of USD 16 per hour.

Clean guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to meet established cleanliness standards.
Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, reporting shortages or needs to management.
Perform floor care tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as required.
Ensure bathrooms and kitchens are properly sanitized by thoroughly cleaning fixtures, surfaces, and appliances.
Collaborate with the hospitality team to maintain guest satisfaction through timely service.
Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or items.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and team members.

Prior housekeeping management experience or a similar role is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and floor care techniques is advantageous.
Background in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.
